Terms & Conditions

1. ABSOULTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CABIN OR ON THE PROPERTY.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the contract may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3. The cabin is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is NOT responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting your reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

5. Only use appliances for their intended use.

6. Pets are not allowed.

7. PARKING – Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking areas of the driveway only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

8. Housekeeping: You have a one-time cleaning fee of $175.00. Cabin will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. There are no daily housekeeping services. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

9. Water and septic: Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.

10. No refunds can be given due to weather conditions.

11. At check-out the thermostat should set at 65 degrees if heat is on and 73 degrees if AC is on. Make sure all windows are closed and no water is running.

12. Used linens should be placed on floor next to the bed.

13. Dishwasher should be loaded and started.

14. Windows should remain closed and locked.

15. Make sure all doors are locked upon exiting cabin.

16. Prompt check-out is appreciated. No late check outs, if not out by 10AM, deposit is forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made with owners.

Rental Party: At least one tenant is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit for the entire rental period. Other occupants will be family members, friend or responsible adults and must be listed with their ages below. People other than those listed in the guest party set forth below may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is sole responsibility of guest.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons

Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM and Check-Out ends at 10:00 AM

Minimum Stay: This property requires a 3-night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.

Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Rental Rate and Fees:

• Deposit: A deposit of $300.00 is due at booking. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 10-14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:

• Damage to the property or furnishings

• Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning

• Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.

• Late check out on time

• All trash must be bagged and placed inside the OUTSIDE trash can with the lid of trash can secured and locked.

Irregularities upon arrival: If premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately

Cancellation Policy: if Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the payment will be refunded as follows:

• 100% if cancelled before 14 days prior to Check-in date 0% if cancelled after 14 days prior to Check-in Date.

Payment: 100% payment is due 14 days prior to check-in.
